Myrtleford Splash Park, Myrtleford

Opening in late 2025, this new splash park is a fantastic addition to the small town of Myrtleford in Victoria’s High Country.

Neighbouring Myrtleford Holiday Park, this water play area has packed a lot into a little space. The custodians of the splash park are the multiple brass platypus that watch over the area and pay homage to the local platypus population nearby.

The play area consists of a run through water arch, duelling water guns, triple dump buckets, in-ground water jets and push button activators that control the flow and operation of each water feature.

The splash pad has been thoughtfully designed to include a beautiful aboriginal mosaic made by local artists, rocks for climbing that frame the space and a generous number of partially undercover picnic tables for parents to sit back and watch on. There is also off-street parking and brand new public toilets onsite which make a day out with the kids that bit more easier.
