It’s a classic eastie destination and it’s BACK! Studley Park Boathouse is THE place to be this spring and there a multiple ways you can enjoy this revamped and reimagined space.
There are three dining options - book ahead and reserve a table in the indoor restaurant, brave the elements and take in the best views of the river with the outdoor cafe OR grab some takeaway-and-go from the kiosk. Mamma loves the more casual approach - and we were lucky enough to find a walk in table and dined from the cafe menu while watching the eager-beaver families head off for a paddle on the Yarra.
We ALSO love the real surprise of our visit, the new playground. Utilising the hillside, there is a boat themed play space that is a great treat for after your meal or to let the kids play while waiting for the kiosk coffee. It is aimed at the juniors, but Mamma's big kids still had fun fishing and playing shop
