There’s a HEAP of fun and FREE entertainment for the little ones down at Bunjil Place these holidays and we hope you have packed your dancing shoes!
From now until January 24, you will have the opportunity to get down and boogie in the largest dance floor Mamma has ever seen! But the best bit - you can pick the music. In the ultimate of sophisticated technology - an old washing machine - you can plug your own device into the Dance-O-Mat. Let the tunes fill the forecourt and bust out your best dance moves. There are plenty of bean bags to sit and watch from, as well as giant games for less enthusiastic dancers.
After you have worked up a sweat, head inside and craft with the NGV on Tour program. Create your own paper creature or design your own meal. This is a really relaxed zone and runs until Friday. Next week (January 20 - 24) crafting is all about cardboard and creating pieces inspired by 'Home/Land: Project Another Country'. Each day you can build something different and ending in cubby house making on the Friday!
Speaking of next week, use the big screen to keep an eye on the Australian Open action.
