Step into a world of wonder and delight with The Wonderhood Experience; a thoughtfully designed early learning journey that nurtures curiosity, creativity and a deep connection with nature.
Set in the most beautiful setting in gorgeous Harkaway, parents and little ones gather each week for 60-minute sessions facilitated by Yasmine. Each session follows a gentle rhythm, blending play, learning and exploration in a way that feels familiar and engaging. Each week, little ones discover a new theme and explore it through song, sensory activities, craft and outdoor play.
This Mamma’s little ones are usually slow to warm up, and often stick to Mamma like velcro. But upon setting foot into Wonderhood, Mamma could see that they were instantly at ease. They engaged with the activities in such a comfortable way, far beyond their usual stick-to-Mamma routine. This is a sign of a special and safe space.
Mamma’s little ones were enthralled by the water play, containing sensory stones, torches, mirrors and CDs for inquiring minds to discover the concept of light and rainbows. They rushed outside for their outdoor play, instantly taking to the painting station to explore colour and texture, followed by the water trays, each a different colour, giving them the opportunity to mix and explore cause and effect through colour.
On return to the hall, there was craft for all. Mamma’s boys loved threading rainbow pasta necklaces, encouraging their fine motor skills and creation of different patterns.
Each session concludes with a return to the mat where children complete their explorer’s learning journal. This provides the opportunity for little ones to reflect on what they’ve learned and create mementos of core childhood memories.

Classes operate each Wednesday with a Bush Bugs program for 2-3 year olds and a Little Wanderers program for 3-5 year olds. Classes run for 60 minutes. Guardians must be present for the entire class.
