top fun kids cafe, burwood east

Conveniently located inside Burwood One Shopping Centre, Top Fun Kids Cafe is the new and amazing kid on the block and is the perfect spot for a special adventure! With glorious play features and an on-site cafe where grown ups can enjoy a coffee, this new play space is an absolute no-brainer.

What Mamma absolutely loves about this play cafe is the selection of realistic play spaces scattered throughout the centre, each giving little adventurers a hands-on play experience.

Mamma’s highlights include:

  • The Repair Station where would-be mechanics can dress up, grab their tools and attend to two sports cars set up on hoists;

  • The Princess Boutique where budding hairdressers can practise their designs, dress up in costumes, apply their makeup and gaze at their beauty in light-up mirrors;

  • The Excavation Station where aspiring builders can construct their own creations from brightly-coloured foam blocks;

  • The Supermarket where kiddos can shop for ingredients to use in the kitchen, using a scanning activation which guides them towards particular food items. This installation also includes a check-out station which encourages little ones to scan their items and provides them with nutritional information for each of their groceries;

  • The Happy Farm where little ones can pick fruit and vegetables, and where prospective farmers can milk Mamma cow and feed her baby;

  • The Game Area where motor heads can practise their Mario Kart racing skills, or sit at the duplo wall to make 3-D creations;

  • And the Bounce Zone where little ones can jump on a trampoline or dive into a foam pit.

The piece-de-resistance of this centre though? The giant ball pit. Complete with swirling tunnel slide, ball cannon, interactive play screen, ball maze and a multi-level climbing structure, this is a spot where your kids will set up shop and explore for hours on end.

Rounding out the space is a toddlers-only section which includes mini slides, a light-up keyboard and a second, smaller ball pit - it’s the perfect spot for explorers under 3.

The space is available for hire for birthday parties and includes on-site bathroom facilities and a cafe, making it the perfect spot to celebrate the little imaginative in your life.

So next time you need an indoor outing, or your little one deserves a special treat, head to Top Fun Kids Cafe (which Mamma thinks could also be called ‘Too Fun’!).
