bayswater library, bayswater

Mamma’s favourite way to spend a rainy day? Cuddled up with a little one and a good book at the library.

Bayswater Library is newly renovated and open for business with lots of wonderful inclusions for kids. From an amazing assortment of books, a dedicated craft room, costumes, toys, tablets and cozy spots to enjoy them all, your kiddos will be endlessly entertained by a visit to the library.

In the children’s space, there are tablets which include read-along stories and different topics to research. There are also costumes and small-world toys, such as a car garage (very popular with Mamma’s two!) and a dainty doll house. Then there’s a craft room adjacent to the kids’ area, with tables complete with puzzles, colouring-in sheets and art supplies to let your little one express their creativity and develop their fine motor skills.

With activities galore, an array of wonderful titles and cozy spots to enjoy them all, Bayswater Library is definitely worth adding to your visit-list.

Mamma’s Special Mention:
Bayswater Library is just around the corner from The Hatter and the Hare, so why not borrow a copy of ‘Alice in Wonderland’ and head there for a slice of cake?
