Linger Patisserie Cafe, Camberwell

Home to the cutest desserts in the East is this stunning French patisserie. Situated in an historic 100 year old church the space is just as wonderful as the food. The space is flooded with gorgeous natural light through stain glass windows and greenery throughout. It creates a nice calming atmosphere ( I swear even your little ones will be a little more zen) to relax and enjoy your meal.

Mamma enjoyed her eggs and her boys LOVED their chicken and chips. Mamma admits she tucked into some of the chicken herself and it was the best kids chicken she’s ever had.

The main reason we visit Linger though…..the cute little cakes of course! It takes Mamma’s boys a long time to choose which one to get and not much time at all to devour them.

There is also a lovely outdoor area with picnic tables and umbrellas as well as Bowen Gardens Playground right next door, meaning plenty of space for a Mamma catch up.
