Have you ever tried Bingsu? This Korean dessert made from shaved ice and Bing Chillin serve these bowls of frozen deliciousness 7 days a week!
The crew here has a whole range of different flavours to choose from - we went with the strawberry and the lychee and yuzu on this visit - and come with all the toppings to add yourself. We had popping jellies, fresh fruit and sweet condensed milk.
The bowls are huge and we could have easily shared one between the three of us. Just be careful if you have sensitive teeth. the shock of the cold on the spoon may take a little getting used to!
