Hawthorn has a brand new cookie store and it is pink neon and sprinkle heaven! Bake Me Cake Me sure has made an impression and quickly sold out of everything on its very first day.
It’s no surprise - the NYC chunk-style cookies are insanely delicious. The range of flavours includes choc chip walnut, cookies n cream, biscoff birthday cake, and Mamma’s choice, Disneyland churro - vanilla cookie dough stuffed with white chocolate chips and Nutella and rolled in cinnamon sugar. New flavours are introduced every few weeks which gives you a good excuse to go back and try more!
Visiting the store is a Wonka-style experience. There is cherry-scented wallpaper, a splash mallow pool filled with pretend marshmallows (for viewing only - no swimming!), a super cute pink Christmas tree lined with pink presents, a cookie vending machine and a marshmallow mirror. It even has its own pink Bake Me Cake Me car parked out front. Mamma can confirm that this shop will definitely be a hit with all kids!
Mamma’s special mention: You can grab a seat at one of the two tables and eat your cookies in store, or get a takeaway box and head across the road to St James Park.
