Mamma is super keen on anything cool, refreshing, healthy and feels like a total treat. Acai (pronounced ah-sigh-ee ... yeah I had to ask) Brothers have set up shop in Croydon and the menu is not just nutritious but pretty darn delicious. Owners Brittany and Bernie are passionate about this superfood and they are so ready to share this beautiful healthy option with us easties. Mamma’s taste tester was the Ain’t Nothin’ Butter Bowl - the slow pressed, raw peanut butter star! Topped with all the good stuff we are sure that all the family will be asking for more - but by the look of this spunk … the kids will help you lick the bowl clean!
Mamma’s special mention: The Acai Brothers are HUGE in sunny Queensland and this Croydon store was only the second one here in Victoria. If you are crusin’ Bayside and feel the need for the sweet berry - check them out in Brighton or in their latest Melbourne store in Camberwell!
