Smudge Artspace, Surrey Hills

This has to be one of the coolest spaces Mamma has seen for kids. The moment Mamma walked through the door she LOVED it, and her boys took off in a flash to explore all the wonderful things this artspace provides. The class is designed for ages 1-5 and encourages playful and creative art and lots of messy fun.

Both boys loved painting the tyre and brooming cars dipped in paint along the painted roads on the wall. After trying out each different art station (and there is quite a few) which differ weekly, Mamma’s little ones headed outside to even more fun. There is water play which is always a hit, especially when there are dirty trucks involved. The boys also loved hiding in the cubby house, playing little games together.

The owner Emma is absolutely lovely, very passionate and wonderful with the kids. There are smocks provided and Mamma would even recommend bringing a change of clothes and leaving the shoes at the door (you don’t want them covered in paint!)
