You’ve got to love a night market, especially on those barmy summer evenings when all you need is a cup of sangria, a plate of paella or any other street food that you have been dreaming of. All this - and more - will be on offer during WORLD FARE @ Night - for three consecutive Thursday evenings in January.
There will be food stalls piled high with freshly-cooked hawker options from every cuisine: southeast Asian street food, Indian, Sri Lankan, European, Latin American and Mediterranean there’s something for everyone.
Celebrate the amazing patchwork of nationalities contributing to the incredible south-east culinary scene. There will be great family-friendly fun in the mix with live music, pop up wine bars, street theatre, cultural performances, boutique stalls, all under bright festival lights.
The kids will love the free face painting, striking a pose in the photo booth and seeing the roving entertainment. Mamma loved watching the little ones (and the grown ups) get up and learn a new dance move or two. There is so much fun to be had by everyone.
The program for entertainment will differ each week, giving you plenty of opportunities to revisit and try something different for dinner each visit!
