You can’t say this place is subtle. Feekah in Hawthorn is a sensory overload - in a good way. The first thing you will notice is the PINK. The venue is drenched in pink from head to toe, including the staircase, the walls, the highchairs and even the light switches. We struggled playing i-spy in this cafe! The walls are covered in flowers and there are a bunch of great places for a selfie.
The only thing more over the top than the decor is the menu. I mean just LOOK at these rainbow pancakes. Served with fairy floss, ice cream and drippy syrup, your kids will think it is the best thing since sliced bread. The drinks menu is just as impressive and many of the options topped are with 24ct gold. It is certainly the place to visit on a special occasion.
Mamma’s special mention: You’ll definitely need a place to play after this sweet experience. Check out Grace Park - it’s in walking distance, just over the train line back towards Glenferrie.
