kendall drive reserve playground, narre warren
/Roll up, roll up! Kendall Drive Reserve Playground in Narre Warren has had a glow up and she is looking mighty fine.
Inspired by the natural elements in the surrounding reserve, this playground is a wonderful nature play experience. Incorporating natural, raw timbers into the structures, it feels like playing in a whimsical treehouse - perfect for Mamma’s eldest who is obsessed with ‘The Magic Faraway Tree’.
The reserve features a small, timber structure with climbing wall and slide for younger climbers, several ropes courses and balance beams and the eye catcher of the place - the giant bird’s nest. This structure leads to a huge tunnel slide and makes for a nice loop for more experienced climbers.
The playground is complete with flying fox, see-saw, a little shop front and under cover picnic tables which serve as a perfect vantage point over the park. There is also a half court with a brightly coloured wall, which is the perfect backdrop for four square or, in Mamma’s little one’s cases, bike riding.
The playground is set in beautiful Kendall Drive Reserve with plenty of green space for little ones (and four-legged friends) to roam.
