If there is one thing the good people of the Dandenong Ranges know how to do exceptionally well - community events. How does Mamma know? Because the Kalorama Chestnut Festival have been doing this for 40 years!

Head to the Kalorama Memorial Reserve on Sunday May 4 for an autumn celebration like no other!

Expect to see freshly roasted chestnuts, poffertjes and cakes, a sausage sizzle, food vans and local restaurant stalls, mulled wine plus coffee, tea and chai. There will also be artisan market stalls, handmade crafts and local produce, live entertainment and activities for all ages. The festival has been money for Mt Dandenong Preschool and Mt Dandenong Primary School and is a magical show of community spirit and support.

There is paid parking on site or you can catch the bus!
