What makes a playground about 50 times better? When there is a cafe right next to it! Madeline’s at Jells Park has been around for years and is a cafe oasis in the middle of this huge parkland. There is both your takeaway kiosk and your sit down restaurant at Madeline’s. So if you just need a coffee or an ice cream after your walk/bike ride/playground adventure, head to the window. But if you are keen on some more table service, line up for a spot at the cafe.
Madeline’s has a great menu and perfect for casual dining. Choose from a range of pies and pastries, or pick a salad, or their famous giant scones! The kids get their own menu but we can’t go past the fancy banana bread.
