We are so lucky that we have a brilliant native nursery right here in the east. What is even better … it’s not just a nursery - but also has an exceptional gift shop and stunning cafe.
Mamma LOVES the fact that you can grab your plants for your weekend project, the gift for the next kids party or Nanna’s special birthday AND grab a coffee or an entire meal, all in the one trip.
The grounds at Kuranga are beautiful, with a running creek, display gardens and lots of trails in amongst the greenery - it’s a cool place for you and the kids to explore. See if they can spot the giant eagles in the sky or the flowering blossoms or the eight legged sculptures in the gardens.
But let’s take a moment for the food. This menu is INCREDIBLE! Inspired by the surrounds and native flavours, Mamma was simply blown away with the options. Both the avocado on pretzel and the pork belly with amazing fresh salad were top notch, second only to the lemon myrtle hot cakes! The kids have 7 different options on the menu and all come with a drink and a treat. Baby Benedict is the cutest little eggs benny we have ever seen.
