kallista tea rooms

A trip to the Dandenong Ranges isn’t complete without a stop at The Kallista Tea Rooms.

There’s lots of variety on the menu, whether you are popping in for a cuppa and a scone, or a delicious lunch with wine, there is something for everyone. Mamma even loves the little play space for the kids!

Mamma’s almost 3 year old loves playing with some new toys, drawing on the chalkboard and colouring in at the table - the added bonus so Mamma could enjoy her delicious chicken salad.

The Tea Rooms boasts huge windows so you can watch all the cocky’s and rosella’s playing in the stunning trees outside. Rain, hail or shine, the tea rooms have got you covered too. Cold outside? Settle in by the coonara or grab a blanket and enjoy your tea outside whilst soaking in that fresh mountain air.

For something a little more special, The Tea Rooms offer High Tea 10am and 3pm weekdays only and by reservation. Oh and don’t forget to check out some of the locally made produce such as honey, hot chocolate and artwork.

There’s also some lovely treats and cute cookies to take home for later…..if they survive the journey home.
