It is award winning and a proud local of the Yarra Valley. Four Pillars is the bees knees. They are known worldwide for their top notch gin and they make it right here in Healesville. The NEWLEY RENOVATED distillery is a beautiful building all on its own.

The team have created three incredible spaces for gin tasting and now - food as well. The signature copper styling is throughout the spaces and there are comfy places to enjoy a cocktail both indoors and out. The Gin Garden is set to be open on weekends and has the perfect view of the factory floor.
