Keep your eye out on your trip to Healesville Sanctuary! The Dinos are BACK. For a limited time you can catch some of your favourite dinosaurs - a few that you never knew existed! Open from March 29 until July 14 2024 the whole family will be spellbound by these prehistoric creatures.
If you came here a few years back when the Dinos at the Zoo first arrived, you will be delighted to see that these are all new creatures, some with a few new features too (watch the guy with the red skull - he likes to spit!)
Last time, our then 3 year old was a little nervous to start with as the animatronic dinos are quite realistic and move and roar as you pass by. Mamma thinks the technology is even better this time, so stick the family nice and close together for a helpful handhold. Great news, there is a friendly one to start off the trail and he likes hugs!
If you need, there is a ‘dino doze’ (quiet time) time from 9-10am each day - great for kiddos that don’t dig loud noisy dinosaurs!
