Mamma challenges you to find a playground with better city views than that found at Anderson Park in Hawthorn East.
This wonderful little playground is set into the hill side and has heaps of little spaces that will entertain a range of ages. From the climbing walls, to the spinning wheels, or from the balancing surf boards to the smiling car, your kids are bound to find something that they will enjoy.
The shaded playground has a colourful herd of cows which are good for climbing (and not much else) and there are tennis courts nearby, which we believe is where you will find the toilets, according to the playground sign.
Mamma’s favourite though, must be the sweeping green fields, ideal for kite flying or soccer matches, or simply finding a spot to watch the world go by.
Mamma’s Special Mention: Coffee hit? The Baker’s Wife is not far away for a stop off before hitting the playground.
