Blink and you’ll miss it! That is how short the blossom season is BUT the best place to catch it - and snap those gorgeous family shots is in the Yarra Valley. The Blue Hills Cherry Blossom Show is making its return to the festival scene at their cherry orchard in Silvan.
The theme is all about fairies! Along with their fairy garden, there will be roaming fairies (on the weekends), music and festivities. Come dressed in wings or you can by some on the day - or even a flower crown! There will be faceprinting too for a gold coin!
Now the planning side, there will be onsite food trucks, but you are more than welcome to pack a picnic and make a day of it amongst the stunning blossom trees. A picnic rug is a must!

Mamma's special mention: Blossoms also must mean one thing - the trees are set to produce their fruit for the summer and Blue Hills is one of Mamma’s favourite place to pick in the east - cherries AND berries!
