Mamma’s first question when heading out on a family road trip “where do we get great coffee from?”. The answer in Traralgon … Three Little Birds. This wonderful cafe is the local favourite and come Saturday morning, it can be hard to grab a seat.
It doesn’t take us long to see why. The food, the coffee, the service - all brilliant. The kids have a range of options to choose from including a huge bowl of seasonal fruit. Mamma can’t go past the smashed avo with stacks of mushies, halloumi and bacon. Once you have enjoyed your meal, swing past the 3LB Library - a ‘give a book, take a book’ little library, or simply explore the toy tub on the astroturf.
Mamma's special mention: A short stroll over the highway, you will find one of the BIGGEST playgrounds Mamma has seen - Newman Park has something for everyone.
