the (very) big laugh out @ melbourne international comedy festival, city

The Melbourne International Comedy Festival is Mamma’s all time favourite reason to head into the city. The best acts from near and far travel to Melbourne to tickle our funny bones and have us LOL-ing in the aisles. Best bit - it isn’t just for the adults either.

The (VERY) Big Laugh Out is a FREE family friendly showcase of local and international acts that you AND the kids will enjoy. The show runs for 90 mins on the outdoor stage of Fed Square on Friday, Saturday and Sundays during the school holidays. Each session is a fresh line up so you can pop in on more than one occasion. Mamma loved the antics of the hosts The Listies, the acrobatic skills of Circus Oz’s Bubblegum Cabaret, the hilarity of the street performer Pedro Tochas and the incredible talent of Cho Kairin, King of the Chinese Acrobats.

Mamma's special mention: The fun is also happening at the Melbourne Museum Plaza. There are two, one-hour shows, featuring one act and make it a great accompaniment to a date at the museum.
