stumpy @ blackburn lake, blackburn

Mamma would love to introduce you to Stumpy. It is as ridiculous as it sounds and it is slowing growing in its celebrity status as a resident of Whitehorse. Along the fence line at Blackburn Lake Sanctuary, a tree has grown and since been removed from the chain wire fence, leaving behind this unremarkable piece of wood. Although some kind and caring soul has clothed and decorated this friendly fellow and started its own Instagram account. From looking through its previous posts, we can see that Stumpy’s not only well loved, but redesigned often. Mamma caught old fellow in full spring attire - we can’t wait to see what happens come Halloween!

Mamma's special mentions: Visiting Stumpy is a nice add-on to a play date at the playground or while completing a lap at the Lake itself. It is a beautiful urban bushland and great for bird watching.
