halley supple reserve playspace, coldstream

Coldstream have gone and scored themselves an awesome playspace! Halley Supple Reserve now features a brilliant updated play space with stacks of room to play, natural elements, a skate park and equipment suitable for toddlers. Oh Mamma is so happy! Yarra Ranges councils are showcasing two wooden design playgrounds with staircases giving access to the slides for littlies PLUS cool climbing walls to challenge the older kids. Add in the birds nest swing, a spinning pyramid, flying fox - everyone is sorted. Mamma also loves the nature play corner that is going on too. A rockery is set up in one corner of the playspace and is perfect for imaginations to run wild or building towers of rocks ready to knock over and do it all over again. This awesome spot is tucked away and if you only pass through Coldstream on the highway, you wouldn't know it was there. To find it, head off the highway at the first set of shops heading into town from Lilydale at South Gateway, and follow it around to the rear of the footy oval and you're there.

Mamma's special mention: If you and your family are a fan of this style of playground, there is one VERY similar up the hills in Kalorama
