little things coffee, blackburn

What warms Mamma's heart more than her children and her morning coffee? When her latte is part of a social enterprise. Little Things Coffee is a cafe slash coffee roasters slash tea and coffee distributor slash indoor plant slash feel-good-about-where-the-profits-go kinda place. Owned by World Vision, this latest coffee destination in the suburbs is about to be your new favourite spot. Profits generated from the cafe go straight to World Vision's many humanitarian aid projects around the world.

The menu is super fresh and has great paleo and vegan style dishes - al-la the Sweet Potato on Rye - plus a drinks menu as long as the food, Mamma will simply have to head back to sample more. Especially for the surprising delightful pink rose latte and those rosewater flavours.

The space has plenty of room for a bunch of prams and some high chairs if you need them. There is a kids menu and plastic crockery so you don't have to hold you breath with every sip from a glass!

Mamma's special mention: after lunch or your babycino stop, scoot on over through the back streets and Whitehorse Road and uncover Cootamundra Walk play space or head to the awesome Blackburn Lake Sanctuary.
