Hooray - we have some where to play. To play when we travel through the town of Yea! We all know that long car trips can be tough so finding a great quality playground in a little country town is such a life saver. The Yea Railway Park has stacks of space for the kids to run around, refuel with a snack and have an all important toilet break. The reserve is located at the original town train station and the equipment pays homage to its history with a train themed park. You'll also discover the equipment might even toot at you! The play zone has an added bonus of being shaded, making the park a perfect stop off even on those bright sunny days. Nearby there is the skate park for the active bigger kids, the Great Victorian Rail Trail if you are keen on the 121km of track or simply a great climbing tree to explore before heading back to the car.
Mamma's special mention: Yea farmers market happens here each on the first Saturday of the month. For more information click here
