It is a fine balance between spending a beautiful sunny day at the park and not roasting or burning in the sun. There is only so much a hat, sunscreen and long sleeves will do and you just need to play safe in the shade - especially when the hat won't stay on heads! Mamma has put together a list of her favourite spots that have shade cover. Some with natural cover and others with shade cloth. Some with a little and some with heaps.
Different times of day will affect the amount of shade too - so think ahead and play nice and early.
Enjoy and play safe!
