Mamma was blown away by how lovely this festival is. Set in the serene surrounds of the pretty PEACE Farm with scenery of the hills and surrounded by bushland, vegetable gardens and the tomato vines. Mamma loved the fantastic Italian music and the tantalising food aromas. This is the fourth year it has been held and they sure know how to hold a festival with lots of fun to be had - expect to see tomato tasting, pasta and passata-making demonstrations, live music and dancing, kids activities, tomato throwing, tours of PEACE Farm and the Saucy Fashion Parade, storytelling, green technology talks and demonstrations (rocket stove, solar oven etc), sun-drying demo, Tomato seed-saving, and more. Phhhhew! So much tomatoness! Delicious food and drinks available. Mamma says get involved and celebrate this great day full of culture in this wonderful family friendly environment.
Mamma's special mention: all great events have a dress code - including this one - red and saucy!
